Catfence was formed by singer-songwriter Randy Pelles and friend Matt Rogalsky in Chilliwack BC Canada and played shows mainly in area youth centres 1982-84, originally under the name October Station, with Jerry Santa Cruz on drums. This demo tape of songs with Randy's free-associative lyrics was recorded in 1984 at Grapevine Studios in Vancouver, with Michael Louw on drums, and given away on cassette to friends. The download tracks are dubbed off one of the cassettes. If you're really keen on a better quality copy, contact me and maybe I'll finally get around to making a good version of the master tape.
